Busy, well-established general practice looking for an associate dentist to take over a full patient book. Strong hygiene support, digital scanners and a team that stays.

What you'll do
- Deliver general dentistry across restorative, prosthodontics and simple oral surgery
- Build long-term relationships with a loyal, largely PPO patient base
- Work alongside two hygienists and a dedicated treatment coordinator
What we're looking for
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active Delaware dental license (or eligibility)
- 1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates with strong mentorship needs considered
What the practice offers
- Percentage of collections with a guaranteed base for the first six months
- Malpractice, CE allowance and license renewal covered
- Four-day clinical week available
